Welcome to my kitchen, pull up a chair

I cook kosher, seasonal meals on-site — in your kitchen, with your ingredients and your pots. Elevated comfort food that makes a weeknight feel like a restaurant, without anyone leaving home.

Some of my best food memories come from Sunday mornings at my grandparent's house. Grandpa Eddie would call each grandchild individually and invite us over for breakfast: bagels and bilaies with cream cheese, and his famous hash browns. We'd all wait our turn for eggs made to order, because Grandpa was the only one at the stove. Those mornings taught me what I still believe:

Food brings people together in a way that nothing else can.

I spent many years working in restaurants, both front and back of house. In my mid twenties I started a food blog alongside my kitchen job, I got into recipe development and food photography, and when people began asking to buy my food I started private cooking.

In 2023, I went to culinary school, something I'd wanted to do ever since I can remember. Today, I work as a private chef specializing in kosher cooking, dietary restrictions, and custom experiences tailored to each client's preferences. I make busy families feel like they're eating at a restaurant in their own homes. My style is elevated comfort food, seasonal and thoughtful.

When you work with me, you're not just getting a chef. You're getting someone who genuinely loves what they do, who listens, and who will make the whole process, from the first conversation to the moment you sit down to eat, feel easy, personal, and special.

Kind Words

We hired Chef Elana to cook for our family over Pesach. From our first conversation with her we knew we were in good hands. Elana listened to our needs and followed all of our requests. We were 25+ people of all ages for each meal and everyone was happy! Elana and her team were extremely professional, accommodating and a pleasure to work with. We highly recommend Chef Elana for anyone that wants a chef who will take care of every detail!

Elana put on one of the most delicious gluten free dinner parties I've ever had. I have celiac disease and she was so careful from prep to serving. Elana's halloumi peach creation was OUT OF THIS WORLD. Would highly recommend hiring her for your private events.

We are all feeling so grateful! The fridge is full of incredible food and I can't thank you enough. As a mom, it feels good to know that there's delicious & nourishing food to offer everyone.

Everything was PHENOMENAL. Highlights were definitely the rainbow beet carpaccio and lemon curd. Thanks so much!
